    • Entering loads from customer tenders into our software
    • Scheduling and/or rescheduling delivery appointments for all loads
    • Tracking and tracing all shipments according to company policy
    • Maintaining customer profile information within our database
    • Accepting or declining loads based on direction from Account Managers
    • Validating all load data prior to marking loads delivered
    • Dispatching drivers to shipper in accordance with established procedures
    • Communicating with drivers and shipping personnel to ensure trucks are properly loaded
    • Updating account managers on all relevant load information
    • Monitoring daily pick-ups and deliveries
    • Verifying that loads have arrived on time and in good condition
    • Updating receivers and customers on status of loads
    • Corresponding with drivers to monitor delivery time
    • Other duties as required and assigned

    • Scheduling and verifying loading and unloading appointments with shippers and receivers
    • Work with carriers to monitor the loading and unloading. Identify and solve existing and potential problem
    • Involve supervisor, and contact account executive as appropriate to resolve problems
    • Enter information into Load Manager program to update the system with pertinent information about activity during shift
